Elk behind the house, hunkered down in the snow.

But, it was nice and cozy in Moose Point Lodge!

Spotted a moose in the valley below, from the bedroom deck.
Can you spot the bald eagle?

Here it is again, a little larger. You'll have to look hard & maybe enlarge the photo.

Looking out from our driveway.

On our way toward Jackson . . .

On the Elk Refuge -

Back behind the house, getting some skiing in.

That look of determination!

That's better. ; )

The antler arch in Town Square -

Saw a fox down by Fish Creek behind the house -

And I spent a lot of time recording this swan. (I sent out short videos and photos earlier this year, but didn't want to omit it from this post.)

Had company in the yard the afternoon of February 25th -

I know . . . that's a lot of moose photos. But, it is Moose Point Lodge, you know!

Sunset from our great room -
We have a friend, who shall remain anonymous, that helped an elk get through the winter last year. Apparently, this big bull elk showed up at this persons cabin, looking thin and hungry. Our friend bought lots of hay and fed this guy most of the winter. In exchange, he dropped one of his huge antlers in the yard before he left in the spring.
A moose behind the house -

Doing a little snow shoeing!

Our last afternoon before heading to Maui!

That's it for "really old" photos. More recent ones to follow soon.
